Originally from Ohio, Jane has always loved helping people make a better life. Perhaps she was spurred on by her parents who immigrated to the states from Ukraine. She spent 7 summer vacations in the Charleston area as an Adult Leader for the youth group at her church helping build homes through Rural Mission on Johns Island. After Hurricane Andrew in Homestead Florida, Jane also volunteered with Habitat for Humanity, re-building homes for the less fortunate. She did similar work with Redbird Mission in Appalachia. Creating homes for people has always been a passion of hers.

Though she lived 10 years in the Washington DC area and in Florida, she has always had a love for Charleston, and its real estate. In 2004, she moved to Charleston, and recently became licensed by the South Carolina Real Estate Commission. She wants to share her marketing skills, her hands-on home building experience, and her love for Charleston with others to achieve their real estate needs.

Jane has a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Akron University and a Master of Business Administration from Malone College in Canton, Ohio. Jane has over 30 years of marketing experience, including research, planning and strategy. From 1985 to 1999, she was the senior marketing analyst at Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company in Akron, Ohio. After only 7 years there, she was awarded the prestigious Goodyear North American Tire Division Spirit Award, an award given to only 10 employees in the world. It recognizes exceptional people in the aspects of community involvement and service, work ethic and accomplishments, treatment of others, and overall quality of character. From 1999-2004, Jane served as Director for The Council of Marketing & Opinion Research.
