Consulting Services – The first step of the process in listing your home for sale is to conduct a complete evaluation of the condition of your home. The Home Stager will prepare a detailed report based on the following criteria:

• Degree of clutter/personal effects
• Lighting
• Cleanliness
• Furniture placement
• Interior/exterior paint
• Repairs needed
• Any odors
• Decorating
• Curb appeal
• Other items of note

The Home Stager will provide a budget estimate to complete the necessary work. It is your choice whether or not you prefer to do the work yourself, or let the Home Stager arrange for the appropriate services and contractors. This preliminary evaluation is complimentary if you list your home with us. However, you may decide that you simply want to know the condition of your home before you list it, we can provide this service for a fee. Staging Services – Once the homeowner and the Home Stager agree on what items need to be handled, who is going to handle them, and what the budget is, the staging process will be officially begin. The Home Stager will coordinate all the services and contractors if you wish. If necessary, the Home Stager can provide furniture and accessories for use while the home is listed. The work is usually completed in less than a week. All services will be paid directly by the homeowner, while the services of the Home Stager is complimentary if the home is listed with us.
